Perks and giveaway rules

These rules apply to Matcha Pilates Member giveaways and prize draws. Each giveaway will also list its own prize, dates and any extra details when it is announced.

Draft, under review. Not legal advice.

  1. Free to enter. No purchase necessary. Buying anything never improves your chances.
  2. Who can enter. Matcha Pilates Members aged [MINIMUM AGE TO BE CONFIRMED] or over who live in an eligible country: [ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES TO BE CONFIRMED]. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. One entry per person per giveaway, using one confirmed Matcha Pilates Member email. Duplicate or automated entries are removed.
  4. How winners are chosen. Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes.
  5. How winners are told. Winners are notified by email at their confirmed member email. If a winner does not reply within the time stated in that giveaway, another winner may be drawn.
  6. Prizes are as described in each giveaway, are not transferable and have no cash alternative unless stated.
  7. Partner deals never affect ratings. Member deals, partner offers and giveaways never affect a MatchaRated rating, rank, vote or award, and Pilates studios cannot pay for a better score.
  8. Member deals (free class passes, discounted sessions or memberships at selected top-rated Pilates studios) are rolling out and none are live yet. Each deal will state its own terms when announced.
  9. Your data. We use your entry only to run the giveaway and contact winners. See our Privacy notice.

MatchaRated scores and rankings are editorial opinions of Matcha Pilates, formed by applying our published methodology to publicly available information (including social media metrics, public signals and published certifications) as of the date shown. They are not statements of fact about the quality, safety or qualifications of any studio or instructor, and are not endorsements. Listed businesses have not necessarily reviewed or approved their listing. Verification confirms only that a business has claimed its profile and does not change its score. Information may be incomplete or out of date. To report an error or request removal, email admin@matcharated.com.
